Organization & Administration

Scholars who serve on the Institute's Board of Trustees, like the officers and committee members, donate their time. At the American headquarters, located at the University of Chicago, a small staff works effectively with all aspects of fellowship selection and with individual scholars until their departure for India. The national headquarters of the Institute in India is located in Gurgaon, just outside of New Delhi, with a smaller office in Defence Colony, New Delhi.  Regional offices are located in Chennai, Kolkata and Pune.
