Services provided by AIIS to Study Abroad Programs in India

The American Institute of Indian Studies is authorized by the Government of India to recommend the issuance of visas to undergraduate students traveling to India for study-abroad programs and for both undergraduate and graduate students traveling to India for language study. In addition, the Institute can provide a wide variety of services that may be needed by educational programs in India, from local housing and travel arrangements to well-qualified teachers in all fields of Indian studies.

AIIS has also recently updated its manual on public conduct with much useful information for those on study and internship programs in India.
